About the Role
Join Reliance Jio as a Jio Fibre Associate based in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role involves a mix of office and field-based tasks focused on the installation and servicing of Jio Fibre and Air Fibre connections. The position requires handling service requests and managing device or connection configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and operational office duties.
- Conduct field visits to install and maintain fibre connections.
- Carry out Air Fibre installation assignments.
- Address and resolve customer service requests.
- Configure network devices and service setups as needed.
Additional Information
