About the Role

Join Reliance Jio as a Jio Fibre Associate based in Vadodara, Gujarat. This role involves a mix of office and field-based tasks focused on the installation and servicing of Jio Fibre and Air Fibre connections. The position requires handling service requests and managing device or connection configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative and operational office duties.
Conduct field visits to install and maintain fibre connections.
Carry out Air Fibre installation assignments.
Address and resolve customer service requests.
Configure network devices and service setups as needed.

Additional Information

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from 10,000 to 13,000 INR.
