Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Jio Point Manager to lead and expand the market presence of Jio Point in Padagha, near Bhiwandi, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising, tasked with driving acquisition and revenue goals while managing channel partnerships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and develop the Jio Point market within the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed acquisition and revenue objectives consistently.
- Onboard, nurture, and manage channel partners to strengthen the distribution network.
- Serve retailers according to the planned beat schedule to maximize coverage.
- Ensure stock levels are sufficient and products are visible to customers.
- Maintain a consistent and stable supply chain to avoid disruptions.
- Guarantee prompt daily cash deposits from sales activities.
- Supervise, coach, and assess performance of the sales team and associated channel partners.
