Job Details

• Employment: Part-time or full-time
• Compensation: $15 per hour
• Pay Cycle: Weekly payments

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas within one or multiple client locations.
• Maintain all floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as necessary.
• Adhere strictly to procedures when using chemical cleaners and power tools to avoid damage.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of restrooms, meeting areas, hallways, and entrances.
• Dispose of trash properly and operate compactors when required.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate products and tools.
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing.
• Restock paper goods and sanitary materials routinely.
• Follow established housekeeping schedules diligently.
• Use heavy-duty cleaning machines such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers when needed.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned according to customer requirements and the scope of work.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of six months experience in janitorial work.
• Willingness to receive on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles.
• Knowledge of custodial and commercial cleaning standards.
• Familiarity with floor care processes such as buffing and waxing.
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is a plus.
