Role Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of all floor types, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Adhere strictly to guidelines for applying chemical cleaners and operating power equipment to protect floors and other surfaces from damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entryways.
• Regularly empty trash receptacles and utilize compactors when necessary for waste disposal.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using designated cleaning agents and appropriate tools.
• Spot-clean carpets and support carpet extraction and shampooing processes.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels and sanitary products.
• Follow a predetermined housekeeping schedule to ensure consistent cleanliness.
• Operate heavier cleaning machinery like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet client requirements and scope of work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential, or at least six months’ experience working in janitorial services.
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training to develop role-specific skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute instructions accurately.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Familiarity with commercial custodial procedures and cleaning standards.
• Knowledge of floor maintenance methods, including buffing and waxing techniques.
• Background in industrial cleaning or facility maintenance is an advantage.

Compensation is set at $15 per hour with weekly pay. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
