  • Formulate manufacturing strategies to enhance quality, operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineering and other stakeholders to ensure products facilitate efficient manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
  • Drive performance improvements utilizing data analytics, metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Introduce automation and digital manufacturing technologies to boost throughput and consistency.
  • Ensure production meets schedule, quality standards, and delivery targets.
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, and ongoing learning.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within complex, high-reliability manufacturing environments, such as aerospace, defense, satellite technologies, or automotive industries.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Proven expertise in manufacturing high-reliability electronic hardware.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PCB assembly, electronic integration, wire harness production, and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
  • Experience in establishing or scaling manufacturing organizations and operations.
  • Strong background in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional alignment among engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality departments.

Why Join?
