Trust Point is seeking a seasoned freelance client acquisition professional who can help grow its customer base and unlock new business opportunities across its services.

- Saudization and workforce compliance support
- Payroll and employee administration
- Government relations services
Responsibilities
- Prospect for and connect with potential clients.
- Develop qualified leads and uncover new business opportunities.
- Arrange meetings with key decision-makers.
- Develop and preserve strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business expansion and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- A strong professional network and the ability to bring in new clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with negotiation skills.
- Prior exposure to HR, recruitment, outsourcing, manpower, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
- Earn an attractive commission for every client successfully acquired.
- High performers may also receive additional incentive payments based on results.
- The role is offered on a flexible freelance basis.
