Job Overview
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, focusing on the sales of life insurance products. The role demands meeting sales objectives while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to foster business growth.
- Directly selling life insurance products to customers and meeting sales goals.
- Assessing client needs accurately, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and ensuring high-quality customer support.
- Conducting timely annual protection review calls as per the prescribed schedule.
Compensation
The compensation package can reach up to 390000 INR per annum, dependent on interview performance, along with incentives.
