Job Overview

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, focusing on the sales of life insurance products. The role demands meeting sales objectives while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to foster business growth.
Directly selling life insurance products to customers and meeting sales goals.
Assessing client needs accurately, recommending appropriate insurance solutions, and ensuring high-quality customer support.
Conducting timely annual protection review calls as per the prescribed schedule.

Compensation

The compensation package can reach up to 390000 INR per annum, dependent on interview performance, along with incentives.
