About the Role
Divine HR Solutions is seeking a Branch Relationship Manager to join their Bengaluru office. The role centers on nurturing and expanding client relationships while directly selling life insurance products. The selected candidate will play a key part in achieving sales goals and delivering exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Sell life insurance policies directly to prospective and existing customers, meeting defined sales targets.
- Evaluate client needs carefully and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer support throughout the sales and service lifecycle.
- Conduct annual protection review phone calls in accordance with set schedules.
Compensation and Incentives
The position offers a total compensation package of up to ₹390,000 per annum, dependent on interview performance, along with additional sales incentives.
