Role Overview

The Associate Buyer supports the LAUREN Wholesale Buying & Planning Team in optimizing the commercial assortment across channels for the EMEA region, aligning with financial goals and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Select, price, and forecast merchandise lines effectively.
  • Update and maintain product lines within internal IT systems.
  • Manage and monitor sample order placements.
  • Conduct weekly tracking of business performance metrics.
  • Evaluate competitive and market benchmarks to inform buying decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on assortments during line opening meetings.
  • Collaborate on defining seasonal assortment requirements and communicate with Global Merchandising teams.
  • Contribute to enhancing brand positioning quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Develop seasonal product strategies that align with sales targets, SKU counts, productivity, and trends.
  • Engage in or initiate projects aimed at business development.
