Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Service Incharge to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electronics and 6-10 years of experience in After Sales Service. This role is crucial for maintaining and managing service centers and ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain operations of service centers efficiently.
- Manage the lifecycle of service partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Guarantee high onboarding quality and take full responsibility for service deliverables.
- Work to maintain customer satisfaction and prevent escalation of service-related issues.
- Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to optimize service operations.
- Lead and motivate the team members at service and care centers.
- Take accountability for meeting all service-related targets and deliverables.
- Mentor and provide guidance to engineers when required.
- Oversee incoming support calls and arrange prompt on-site services.
- Manage expenses and manpower allocation for service and care centers within guidelines.
- Conduct skills training for the team to address knowledge gaps.
- Encourage performance improvements by identifying areas for development.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Electronics (BE/B.Tech/Diploma).
- 6 to 10 years of proven experience in After Sales Service.
- Strong relationship and team management capabilities.
- Effective delegation and diversity management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in area or zone management within the DTH industry or device operations.
- Good understanding of geographic and business domain knowledge related to DTH, Cable, Telecom, or Devices.
- Awareness of training needs in business environments.
