About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Area Business Manager to lead a sales team, manage stockists, and meet territory sales targets. The role focuses on the Ortho and Gynecology segments and requires a deep understanding of the Bangalore market. An ideal candidate will drive doctor engagement, foster market development, and stimulate sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve set sales objectives within the assigned territory.
- Oversee relationships and operations with stockists to ensure proper stock management and distribution.
- Leverage knowledge of the Bangalore region to enhance market outreach and penetration.
- Engage with medical professionals, specifically doctors, to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Promote continuous development and expansion of market presence in the Ortho and Gynecology sectors.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience handling sales in the Ortho and Gynecology pharmaceutical segments.
- Candidate with knowledge of Ayurvedic practices is preferred.
- Sound understanding of the Bangalore area and its healthcare market dynamics.
- Strong skills in sales team management and business development.
- Ability to drive doctor engagement and effectively develop market strategies.
Additional Information
Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline. This is an onsite position based in Bengaluru.
