About the Role

Tesla invites you to join as a Customer Support Trainee, an entry-level position that offers significant growth and professional development within a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Tesla Cadet, you'll support the company's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy by providing top-tier assistance to Tesla's customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, offering exceptional support via phone, web, and chat platforms.
- Diagnose customer issues remotely and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Guide Tesla owners on utilizing self-service options through the website and appointment scheduling tools.
- Carefully document customer interactions and issues within the CRM/Vehicle Support System for accurate tracking.
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions such as Sales, Service, and Delivery to broaden your understanding of Tesla's operations.
- Consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with Tesla's brand values.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of high school or university studies and availability to work full-time.
- Exceptional attention to detail alongside strong verbal and written communication skills.
