Overview
GS Management Group invites applications for the role of Customer Care Executive in the e-commerce industry. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹23,000 and welcomes both fresher and experienced candidates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries effectively via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat platforms.
- Manage issues concerning orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and refunds promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver precise product-related details and assist customers in their purchasing journey.
- Collaborate with logistics and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Record customer interactions and prepare daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up consistently until customer concerns are fully resolved.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions such as data entry, filters, copy-paste operations, and basic formula application.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite and email handling is necessary.
- Ability to type swiftly with professional interaction capabilities.
- Demonstrates a positive mindset combined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduation.
