Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and professional services roles.
• Background in hiring for SaaS organizations is mandatory.
• Stable employment history without frequent job changes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to assess candidates effectively beyond keyword matching.
• Capable of handling high candidate volumes while maintaining quality standards.
• Skilled at managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
