Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent open positions efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Essential Qualifications

Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and professional services roles.
Background in hiring for SaaS organizations is mandatory.
Stable employment history without frequent job changes.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven ability to assess candidates effectively beyond keyword matching.
Capable of handling high candidate volumes while maintaining quality standards.
Skilled at managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Experience working directly with stakeholders to progress recruitment smoothly.
Self-directed and able to function with minimal supervision.
