Role Overview
The Operations Specialist will work closely with executive leadership to support daily operations in a rapidly expanding behavioral healthcare organization serving California patients. This position suits candidates who thrive in organizing complex processes and creating systematic solutions to operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate various projects and facilitate the rollout of clinical workflows.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
- Document new processes and implement technological solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Provide tools and process support to enable teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of three years experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, or related fields.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
- Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
- Background in healthcare or behavioral health is strongly preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in operational workflow implementation.
- Expertise in dashboard creation or KPI reporting.
- Process improvement skills.
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
