Role Overview

The Operations Specialist will work closely with executive leadership to support daily operations in a rapidly expanding behavioral healthcare organization serving California patients. This position suits candidates who thrive in organizing complex processes and creating systematic solutions to operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate various projects and facilitate the rollout of clinical workflows.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Document new processes and implement technological solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Provide tools and process support to enable teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, or related fields.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working independently.
• Experience with project management tools is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare or behavioral health is strongly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience in operational workflow implementation.
• Expertise in dashboard creation or KPI reporting.
• Process improvement skills.
• Experience supporting executive leadership.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
