Role Overview
As the company expands, FusionTek seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager, ideal for candidates who excel in fast-moving environments, collaborate effectively with clients, and have a solid understanding of IT service delivery. Primary Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans
- Guide and manage project engineers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance reviews
- Drive departmental success by understanding profitability, resource management, and impact on overall MSP growth
- Serve as the main client contact for project communication, delivering timely updates and resolving issues
- Supervise technical staff to ensure adherence to project plans
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, change orders, and closure reports
- Proactively identify and manage project risks
- Implement formal change control processes to handle scope alterations and maintain alignment with business goals
- Manage projects end-to-end to meet objectives and ensure client satisfaction
- Facilitate meetings and updates with stakeholders to share project progress and address challenges
- Coordinate collaborative efforts among teams, clients, and vendors
- Assess and provide feedback on non-technical project hour estimates
- Conduct post-project evaluations to promote continuous improvement and share learnings
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of project management experience within a Managed Service Provider setting
- Proven experience working directly with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams in a dynamic service environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent IT projects with cross-functional teams
- Preferably holds PMP or other recognized project management certifications
Technical Competencies
- Strong grasp of IT concepts, infrastructure, and managed services, with the capacity to explain technical ideas clearly to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience using PSA and project management software such as ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and industry best practices

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses up to 4% based on meeting departmental KPIs and metrics
