About the Role
We are seeking a proficient Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director at a prominent Paper Bag Manufacturing company based in Jaipur. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications among departments, and ensuring efficient workflow across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, arrange meetings, manage travel plans, and handle email correspondence.
- Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure tasks are monitored and completed promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports, minutes of meetings, presentations, and official communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Manage confidential information responsibly and contribute to daily operational support.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a Graduate degree or MBA with 3 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a Managing Director or Director.
- Exceptional English communication abilities coupled with strong skills in following up on tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Prior exposure to the Paper Bag, Packaging, Paper, or Manufacturing sectors is advantageous.

- Salary Range: INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 per month
