Job Description & Accountabilities
- Contact delinquent customers within assigned targets by following Collection Department protocols, through phone calls or liaison with their managers.
- Engage in negotiations regarding payments and repossession matters over the phone.
- Ensure collection of remaining balances from repossessed vehicles that have been sold.
- Gather and update customer information in the system accurately.
- Report all customer interactions and issues to the team leader.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Collection Department Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Between 1 to 3 years experience with leasing principles and documentation essential for this position.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication ability in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with general PC applications.
