About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Mahindra Anant Cars in Bengaluru, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the right vehicle solutions based on their preferences and budget.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors by understanding their lifestyle needs and financial considerations to suggest appropriate new or used vehicles.
- Present detailed explanations of vehicle features, innovative technologies, and performance aspects; safely accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate capabilities.
- Conduct sales negotiations including pricing discussions, offer finance or leasing alternatives, and address customer concerns to facilitate closing deals.
- Handle completion of sales documentation, ensuring accuracy of insurance and legal paperwork, and coordinate with finance and delivery teams for smooth transaction completion.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to follow up on potential leads and previous buyers, aiming to generate repeat sales and referrals.
