Role Overview
As a Service Advisor at Mahindra Anant Cars in Mysuru, Karnataka, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles for service and maintenance. Your role involves managing vehicle inspections, coordinating service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon arrival.
- Create detailed job cards and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Liaise effectively with the technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
- Keep customers informed regularly about the status and progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Suggest relevant additional services and accessories to customers to enhance their vehicle care.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered within the promised timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Strive to meet Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) metrics as well as workshop performance targets.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 20000 and 50000 INR.
