Job Overview
Join Mahindra Anant Cars as a Car Sales Consultant in Bengaluru, where you will play a key role in welcoming customers to the showroom and understanding their vehicle preferences to recommend appropriate new or pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with showroom visitors, assess their automotive needs, and suggest fitting new or used car models.
- Present detailed explanations of car features, technological advancements, and advantages, and safely arrange test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Manage sales conversations including pricing discussions, trade-in evaluations, and offering financial or leasing solutions.
- Handle essential paperwork such as finalizing sales agreements, confirming insurance details, and coordinating with the finance and insurance department.
- Maintain a customer relationship management system to track prospective clients and consistently follow up with previous buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future purchases.
Compensation Details
The monthly salary ranges from 20000 to 82000 INR based on performance and experience.
