Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist based on-site in Osoyoos, British Columbia. This position focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) positions in remote camp settings throughout Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume recruitment processes for remote camp roles.
  • Assess and screen candidate applications and conduct interviews to evaluate suitability.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing demands are met promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to track hiring progress.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, training support, scheduling, and travel arrangements for new employees.
