Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, ensuring all interactions are documented properly.
- Provide 1st level support by receiving and processing incidents and service requests through telephone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues either remotely or on-site at employee workstations; perform installation of new hardware and software components.
- Assist users with effective use of applications in their daily work.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to enhancing our IT environment.
- Lead small-scale projects within the service desk, including evaluations, rollouts, and standardization efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related training.
- Strong orientation towards customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding support.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
