About the Role
We seek an energetic and results-driven Implementation Consultant to guide our B2B clients through complete platform implementations, from kickoff to live deployment. Acting as a trusted adviser, you will help clients transform procurement and finance workflows by configuring the SaaS platform, managing complex projects, and encouraging user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects, serving as the main liaison ensuring seamless activation of the product for clients.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand procurement and finance processes, translating these requirements into tailored product workflows.
- Manage schedules, deliverables, and technical alignment, aiding clients in data mapping, validation, and migration (e.g., vendor lists, budgets, catalogs).
- Track progress for both internal teams and client stakeholders, address risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
- Host impactful interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to empower clients to operate the platform independently.
- Develop structured enablement materials such as deployment playbooks, configuration manuals, and short tutorial videos to standardize implementations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate technical issues and translate client feedback into actionable improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, customer success, or comparable client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple implementations concurrently, managing timelines, stakeholders, and scope effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with confidence to lead meetings and negotiations.
- Strong analytical ability combined with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets to work with complex datasets.
- Experience configuring sophisticated B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems.
- Excellent change management capabilities to overcome user resistance and simplify complex system concepts.
- Customer-first, proactive, well-organized with excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to dissect technical challenges and collaborate with engineering teams on API and integration issues.
- Ability to guide clients through organizational changes and act as a trusted implementation consultant.
Additional Advantages
- Experience onboarding B2B SaaS clients in US, UK, or European markets.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, procurement, or similar business functions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero, CRM platforms, or enterprise software.
- Academic background in economics, finance, management, business, or related technical field.
