Role Overview
The Human Resources Operation Specialist will deliver comprehensive HR support across multiple domains such as onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and administrative HR functions. This position ensures seamless HR workflows while maintaining compliance with Saudi labor regulations and coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Executive with employment documentation, including contract preparation, banking arrangements, and medical insurance setup.
- Organize and manage training sessions as part of the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee the visa processing for new employees using relevant government systems.
- Handle relocation arrangements for international recruits joining the organization.
- Keep employee data updated and accurate within BambooHR or comparable HR management systems.
- Serve as a liaison between staff and management to address HR inquiries and workplace issues.
- Inform employees about organizational policies, benefits, responsibilities, and pay structures.
- Support performance management procedures, including performance improvement plans, reviews, and disciplinary meetings.
- Engage in initiatives designed to foster employee involvement and a positive workplace culture.
- Manage offboarding tasks such as visa cancellations, transfer formalities, and exit interviews in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
- Facilitate company representation at the Saudi Labour Office on employment-related matters when necessary.
- Respond promptly (within 24-48 hours) to requests for employee documents like salary certificates or performance records.
- Generate and present monthly HR reports covering visa status, workforce count, and quota adherence to HR management.
- Ensure all HR documentation aligns with company policies and local legal requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a graduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Have between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledgeable about Saudi Arabia's immigration regulations.
