Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, permanent Human Resources Manager based in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin. This senior leadership position entails overseeing the entire HR lifecycle to foster a positive workplace culture, champion employee development, and ensure legal compliance. The role involves close collaboration with Regional Managers and central departments to support business growth and uphold high standards in people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the training department to strengthen employee induction programs.
  • Promote employee retention by supporting Regional Managers in performance appraisals and team management.
  • Guide managers and employees on HR-related matters to ensure compliance and uphold company values.

  • Support talent management, people development, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Take ownership of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies, ensuring an inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to enhance HR process efficiencies and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers and maintain an effective preferred supplier list.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and help develop retention strategies.
  • Ensure accurate leave management systems and assist managers with leave approval processes.
  • Lead HR projects related to employee well-being, learning, development, and occupational health and safety.
  • Prepare automated weekly and monthly reports on recruitment, retention, and HR KPIs by region.
  • Present monthly updates to operational teams covering recruitment, probation, attrition, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years managing human resources functions, including leading and mentoring an HR team.
  • Proven experience influencing and supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient with MS Office, HRIS platforms, and skilled in data analysis.
  • Degree qualification, preferably in HR, business, or related field.
  • CIPD accreditation is mandatory.
