Quality Auditor (Rubrics Expert) - Remote Contract

Position Overview

This contract opportunity is for a Rubrics Expert working remotely in the United States, committing between 10-40 hours each week. The role focuses on creating and refining scoring rubrics tailored to diverse assessments and content areas to enhance evaluation quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, robust scoring rubrics aligned with various assessment requirements and content domains.
• Define and improve scoring methodologies ensuring clear, reliable scoring consistent with learning objectives.
• Lead sessions for training and calibrating assessors and subject experts to maintain consistent and reliable scoring across evaluators.
• Validate assessment tools and rubrics through pilot testing, data analysis, and ongoing quality checks.
• Utilize advanced analytics to review performance data, identify trends, and guide rubric revisions.
• Create structured, actionable feedback mechanisms derived from rubric outcomes to promote learner development.
• Work collaboratively with instructional designers, educators, and other stakeholders to drive a high standard of assessment practice.
