This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within domestic processes. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and be able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities specifically for IT roles.
• Source potential candidates through various job portals efficiently.
• Conduct initial screening to shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate reports as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in IT recruitment focusing on domestic hiring processes.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment software tools.
