Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive / IT Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions within domestic processes. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and be able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities specifically for IT roles.
- Source potential candidates through various job portals efficiently.
- Conduct initial screening to shortlist candidates and arrange interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and generate reports as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in IT recruitment focusing on domestic hiring processes.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment software tools.
