About the Role
We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to become a vital part of our company. This role centers on initiating and cultivating potential client relationships, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales transactions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers and effectively convert them into clients.
- Identify and comprehend customer needs, addressing any concerns or objections.
- Arrange appointments and facilitate sales conversions.
- Maintain updates on call statuses utilizing basic customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Foster a sales-driven approach complemented by persistent follow-up capabilities.
- Establish and nurture robust connections with clients for sustained business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- A strong enthusiasm for sales and the ability to persuade effectively.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with up to one year of sales experience are preferred.
- Basic understanding of the stock market or finance is an advantageous plus.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
