Role Overview
A leading construction venture in Denmark is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to spearhead the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems. This prominent position requires overseeing all stages from design through commissioning to ensure a seamless and compliant installation aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installations across diverse project segments.
- Evaluate technical blueprints, specifications, and subcontractor inputs for compliance and system integration feasibility.
- Efficiently manage design queries and Requests for Information (RFIs) to maintain workflow.
- Work in tandem with QA/QC teams to guarantee adherence to project specifications, industry guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning teams to ensure unified project execution.
- Track installation progress, uphold quality standards, and mitigate technical risks proactively.
- Serve as a primary communication channel among design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to resolve coordination challenges promptly.
- Facilitate commissioning efforts ensuring systems meet client expectations and design criteria.
Candidate Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in MEP Coordination or related engineering roles on complex construction projects.
- In-depth understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, particularly within data centers, pharmaceuticals, industrial, semiconductor, or other critical environments.
- Proven capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout large-scale builds.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance/control and commissioning methodologies.
- Proficient in interpreting and integrating technical drawings and design documents.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve technical and coordination issues effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage contractor and stakeholder relationships confidently.
- Relevant academic qualifications in engineering, building services, or construction disciplines are favorable.
