We are currently growing our data and analytics division and seeking skilled professionals to contribute to a strategic data platform and business intelligence initiative.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle delivery of a strategic data platform and business intelligence project. Responsibilities include managing the project timeline, finances, and governance routines while serving as the main liaison between Acuative’s team and client stakeholders to ensure the engagement meets time, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the project through all stages, from start-up to go-live and final transfer.
- Create and update integrated project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Identify, monitor, and address risks, issues, interdependencies, and change requests.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, aligning expectations internally and externally.
- Lead governance meetings such as steering committees and working groups.
- Prepare comprehensive status updates on progress, milestones, risks, and financials.
- Ensure quality of deliverables by managing review processes, acceptance conditions, and approvals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years managing complex technology projects.
- Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Demonstrated success managing data or analytics projects of similar size and complexity.
- Strong expertise in project governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in consulting or systems integration project delivery.
- Familiarity with delivery cycles for data platforms, Lakehouse architectures, or business intelligence solutions.
- Certifications or experience in Agile or hybrid methodologies such as PMI-ACP or Scrum.
