About the Role

Join Uline's Toronto branch as a Day Shift Cleaner / Custodian responsible for maintaining pristine warehouse facilities, grounds, and employee workspaces. Uline, a leading distributor of industrial and packaging materials, emphasizes world-class facility upkeep alongside its quality service.

Work Schedule

Available shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
No overnight shifts required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting of racks, yard, and building maintenance.
Manage trash disposal and process corrugated scraps using a compactor.
Clean restroom facilities thoroughly.
Operate floor scrubbers (electric or propane) and related cleaning machinery.
Set up and tidy employee work areas.
Support meeting room preparation and cleanup.
Carry out general cleaning and labor tasks to support operational needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is essential.
Physical ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage range: $27 to $31 with significant growth potential.
