Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment of new Financial Advisors to strengthen our agency team.
• Facilitate and ensure successful clearance of the IC33 exam by recruits.
• Coordinate the issuance of new licenses for company representatives.
• Deliver comprehensive product knowledge to advisors to enhance their selling capabilities.
• Conduct training sessions for advisors to improve their performance and understanding.
• Provide continuous motivation, mentorship, and leadership to the sales team to drive business growth.
