Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Agency Development Manager to join our team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our financial advisory network and enhancing the skills of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment of new Financial Advisors to strengthen our agency team.
Facilitate and ensure successful clearance of the IC33 exam by recruits.
Coordinate the issuance of new licenses for company representatives.
Deliver comprehensive product knowledge to advisors to enhance their selling capabilities.
Conduct training sessions for advisors to improve their performance and understanding.
Provide continuous motivation, mentorship, and leadership to the sales team to drive business growth.
