Warehouse Cum Inventory Manager

Overview

We seek a diligent and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee comprehensive warehouse operations, stock management, order fulfillment, and marketplace coordination at our Gurugram location. This role involves direct engagement with e-commerce platforms, inventory accuracy, billing, and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and stock control.

Key Duties

• Supervise warehouse inventory, ensuring precise stock records across diverse sales channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Manage daily online order processing from various marketplaces, guaranteeing timely dispatch.
• Prepare necessary billing documents, including invoices, challans, and GST paperwork.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for picking, packing, dispatching, and shipment tracking.
• Handle incoming and outgoing stock movements with proper documentation.
• Administer customer returns, replacements, reversal of transactions (RTOs), refund processing, and claims related to courier services.
• Collaborate with courier and marketplace partners to address delivery and return concerns.
• Maintain SKU-level inventory synchronization across marketplaces.
• Generate and analyze operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using advanced Excel techniques.
• Implement corrective measures to resolve inventory inconsistencies.
• Facilitate smooth communication among operations, warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to company standard operating procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Competencies

• Proficient understanding of inventory management and warehouse workflows.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions, SUMIFS, data validation, and chart creation).
• Skilled in billing, invoice, and challan preparation.
• Experienced in order processing and fulfillment protocols.
• Knowledgeable in handling returns, RTOs, and courier claim management.
• Strong skills in stock reconciliation and inventory auditing.
• Familiarity with SKU and barcode management systems.
• Competent in reporting and maintaining operational documentation.
• Excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Technical Proficiencies

• E-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, and Ajio.
• Order Management Systems such as Unicommerce, OMS Guru, EasyEcom, Vin eRetail, WareIQ, and similar ERP platforms.
• Logistics and courier management platforms including Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, or inventory management. Exceptionally skilled freshers with strong Excel background and relevant project/internship experience are welcome to apply.
