About the Role
We have an exciting vacancy within our Academy Performance & Medicine department for an U18s Athletic Development Coach. The appointed individual will be responsible for designing, conducting, and assessing both on-field athletic development and gym-based strength and power programs. The goal is to help Academy players achieve their maximum physical capabilities and reduce injury risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver athletic development sessions focused on strength, power, and overall physical advancement for the U18 squad.
- Monitor player progress and adapt programs to meet their evolving needs.
- Manage and oversee injury prevention strategies to maintain the squad's health and performance.
