About the Role

We have an exciting vacancy within our Academy Performance & Medicine department for an U18s Athletic Development Coach. The appointed individual will be responsible for designing, conducting, and assessing both on-field athletic development and gym-based strength and power programs. The goal is to help Academy players achieve their maximum physical capabilities and reduce injury risk.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver athletic development sessions focused on strength, power, and overall physical advancement for the U18 squad.
Monitor player progress and adapt programs to meet their evolving needs.
Manage and oversee injury prevention strategies to maintain the squad's health and performance.
