Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient use of trade tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans with precision.
• Knowledge of safe handling and maintenance of hand and power tools, as well as basic site equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication aptitude, collaborating well with site managers, designers, and colleagues.
• Practical experience in performing trade-related functions.
• Understanding and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operational processes.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting materials and working in various settings.
• Good hand-eye coordination along with attention to detail.
• Diagnosing problems and determining effective repair or installation methods.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and thoroughly.
• Relevant trade qualifications, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent on-site construction/building experience. Formal certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Basic mathematical skills for measuring, estimating, and material calculations.
• Possession of a full driving license with an ability to travel to different job sites as required.
