About the Role
Pracheta Technologies is seeking motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to drive sales by engaging with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls. Candidates must excel in communication, demonstrate customer-centric attitudes, and effectively convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing sales calls.
- Follow up on leads generated from diverse channels including digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, exhibitions, and client referrals.
- Clearly communicate the features, technology, and benefits of Mr. Water products and services to potential customers.
- Assess customers' needs and propose appropriate water treatment solutions accordingly.
- Arrange site visits for the field sales team as necessary.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Persistently pursue prospects to secure sales closures.
- Collaborate with service and operations departments to guarantee seamless customer experiences.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups.
- Address customer objections skillfully and turn challenges into opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- A positive mindset paired with a customer-first approach.
- Basic proficiency in computing, including MS Excel, CRM platforms, and email usage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a target-oriented environment.
- Good listening skills and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation and Work Details
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
