About Diesel
DIESEL is a youthful and international design brand renowned for its jeans, fashion wear, accessories, jewellery, bodywear, perfume, footwear, and bags. We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader (m/w/d) for our retail store located in Berlin Kurfürstendamm to join our team full time.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model in all situations, taking initiatives and owning the responsibility to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead your team to transform each customer interaction into a memorable moment, driving team efficiency and effective product management to meet targets.
- Contribute significantly to improving performance through comprehensive product knowledge, sales and stock analysis, product rotation, replenishment monitoring, and visual merchandising oversight.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing, customer- and service-oriented team by training, coaching, and providing continuous feedback.
- Promote and strengthen the digital customer experience within the store.
- Encourage teamwork and motivation, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering team collaboration.
- Implement strategic plans and leverage partnerships and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and foster new customer relationships.
- Support the Store Manager in executing store strategies aimed at achieving superior sales results.
- Ensure department efficiency regarding customer care, merchandise handling, cleanliness, and promptly resolve issues with positive outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in established fashion or luxury brands.
- Strong passion for fashion retail, client service, and commercial acumen.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury sector and its unique product features.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to treat colleagues and customers with empathy and care.
- Fluency in English is required.
