Overview

We seek a driven and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist committed to creating exceptional candidate experiences. This individual will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure smooth coordination during the hiring process. This role offers significant growth potential and opportunities for advancement within the recruiting department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews by collaborating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates effectively.
- Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars spanning multiple time zones and handle any necessary adjustments promptly.
- Work with fellow recruiting coordinators to establish best practices that enhance scheduling efficiencies.
- Support the expansion of the University Program by managing high-volume scheduling activities during recruitment cycles.
- Maintain pipeline activities, ensure accuracy of data, and proactively communicate analytics updates to stakeholders.
- Engage in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and align job descriptions with ideal candidate profiles.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects to support the recruiting team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a role similar to Recruiting Coordinator.
- A minimum of 4 years overall professional experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
