Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews by collaborating with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates effectively.
• Manage complex and constantly evolving calendars spanning multiple time zones and handle any necessary adjustments promptly.
• Work with fellow recruiting coordinators to establish best practices that enhance scheduling efficiencies.
• Support the expansion of the University Program by managing high-volume scheduling activities during recruitment cycles.
• Maintain pipeline activities, ensure accuracy of data, and proactively communicate analytics updates to stakeholders.
• Engage in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and align job descriptions with ideal candidate profiles.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows.
• Assist with various ad-hoc projects to support the recruiting team as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a role similar to Recruiting Coordinator.
• A minimum of 4 years overall professional experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
