Role Overview

Starting pay for this position is approximately $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, with bonus potential.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will partner with the Store Manager to build a strong sales culture and ensure customers receive professional, high-quality service. You will help lead the team from the sales floor, coach team members, and support a positive environment that encourages growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience, or an equivalent background in a leadership capacity.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to review sales performance, identify improvement areas, and help the team meet or exceed targets.
• Comfort working with leadership and following direction from senior staff.
• Working knowledge of basic computer tools such as word processing, email, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs.
