Role Overview
Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager for its T-Mobile store in Centralia, Washington. This role is designed for someone who is energized by the wireless industry, enjoys leading on the sales floor, and is motivated by delivering standout customer experiences.
The business operates in a fast-growing wireless market shaped by new phone launches, wearable technology, and expanding 5G adoption. The company is looking for a confident, dependable, and upbeat team member who can support the T-Mobile brand while helping drive store performance.
Starting pay for this position is approximately $18.50 to $23.00 per hour, with bonus potential.
What You Will Do
In this position, you will partner with the Store Manager to build a strong sales culture and ensure customers receive professional, high-quality service. You will help lead the team from the sales floor, coach team members, and support a positive environment that encourages growth and achievement.

Qualifications
- Prior management experience, or an equivalent background in a leadership capacity.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Ability to review sales performance, identify improvement areas, and help the team meet or exceed targets.
- Comfort working with leadership and following direction from senior staff.
- Working knowledge of basic computer tools such as word processing, email, Google Sheets, or Excel.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 lbs.
