  • Collaborate with demand planning, distribution centers, and operations teams to support launches of new products, promotional packaging, and seasonal inventory management.
  • Review inventory and warehouse capacity regularly; initiate and coordinate product movements to avoid stockouts, product expiration, and overstock issues, maintaining days of supply as per objectives.
  • Monitor close-dated inventory and work to decrease breakage, damage, and loss attributable to product aging.
  • Create and sequence production schedules for upcoming weeks, maintaining constant coordination with assigned plants to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Participate in weekly business unit conference calls to share critical product information.
  • Manage vendor brand lead times to maintain balanced inventory levels.
  • Update daily SAP production orders and schedules for assigned plants.

  • Use SAP/ECC/BY sequencing tools to assess system-generated production requirements for feasibility.
  • Optimize flavor and package sequencing to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Analyze line capacity and coordinate solutions if alternative sourcing is needed due to capacity constraints.
  • Lead weekly production scheduling meetings with respective production centers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning, industrial engineering, or an analytical role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities including understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experienced with ERP systems such as SAP and BY modules.
  • Capable of problem identification, data collection, factual analysis, and drawing sound conclusions.
